• Express Shipping to Main Cities @ R 200.00 incl. VAT for items weighing less than 5Kgs (ETA of 1-3 Working Days)* - Main Cities are: Cape Town, Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Port Elizabeth and East London. Other cities/towns will require longer delivery times. Potentially, exponential rates apply for items weighing over 10Kgs.

• Standard Shipping @ R 130.00 incl. VAT (ETA of 5-7 Business Days)* - To all other areas.

*Dependent on the  time of dispatch up to the time of arrival to the client. This is an estimate and not guaranteed. This period does not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. The base price of R80.00 incl. VAT is for a parcel up to 10kg in Volumetric and Physical weight. Should the item/s exceed this weight, we reserve the right to increase the shipping charge accordingly.

Please Note: The above prices quoted are for ordering online via the Psilon website only.  A different rate will be quoted if handled elsewhere.  Our delivery service only runs from Monday to Friday. Weekend deliveries can be done by special arrangement only and at an additional charge.  Please contact info@psilon.company in order to make arrangements. We reserve the right to re-quote/invoice accordingly.

All deliveries will be booked on economy road freight, which for Gauteng means next business day delivery once the payment reflects and outside Gauteng means 1-3 or 5-7working days delivery from the time of dispatch depending on the delivery location.

Sales & Dispatch

If a product is in stock, and we receive your order before 2pm on a weekday, we aim to get it out on the same day for delivery within 3 working days. During extremely busy periods like bank/public holidays, or in unforeseen circumstances such as those caused by severe weather, we cannot guarantee the same dispatch and delivery schedule. If your order is time sensitive, please order in good time to avoid disappointment.
